The Three-Hundredth-and-Forty-Fourth Day

Naturally.

Tell me. How else would/could you take a picture?

The Three-Hundredth-and-Forty-Second Day

I love seeing old movies in the theatre late at night almost as much as I love taking pictures in movie theatres (at any time of day). (But not as much as I loved Ecto Cooler, mmmboy. Bring that back.) Everybody now: "Who you gonna call?" (The answer to this question is right up there.)

Happy Major-Changing Day!

The Three-Hundredth-and-Forty-First Day

Kites! Around this monument thing (I hear it's famous or something). Be ready for a few more (or just one) of this monument in the next few days.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Fortieth Day

Reeeeuuunnniiitteeedddd - at our fav place - before we went to see Liz Gilbert (my current girl crush). See Christina's page for our outstanding partial view.

In addition, it was about three (!) years ago that I went to Cosi with a certain roommate (you know who you are) and ordered the exact thing that I ordered tonight. It took about three hours for them to make it back then (Molly complained, and we got it for free). Some new innovative cooking method must have been installed and decreased their cooking time, cos I got this baby in, oh, about seven minutes.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Thirty-Sixth Day

Let me know if you need any help translating any of these. I'm so multilingual after all.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Thirty-Fifth Day

Oh. Just the time I went to bed.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Thirty-Fourth Day

I play soccer now. (Yet, this isn't even my team.)

Also, check out that time down there. Took my picture at 3:21pm on 3/21. Heee.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Thirty-Third Day

There's nothing like free Rita's in 40 degree weather. Spring at its finest. The last time I was here, it was about 100 degrees and therefore too hot to sit on those sizzling silver chairs.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Thirty-Second Day

Okay, lemme explain this picture. But keep in mind my uncreepy love of old people.

So I'm on my nice little stroll home, and out of this house, pops this older couple right in front of me. Hunched over, both with canes, arms interlocked. Now, I'm a slow stroller. I enjoy my walks home. But this cute, little, arms-interlocked old couple put the "stroll" in stroller. Anyway, so the man, who is having trouble walking, goes over to the passenger door and opens it for his little wife, holds onto her hand, and lets her in. Then he strolls right over to his side of the car. I just thought it was the cutest thing.

And so this is the car they got into.

And me far enough away as to not seem too creepy.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Thirty-First Day

One of my brackets. With some weird shadow thing going on. But naturally, a winner.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Thirtieth Day

Corn beef and cabbage, natch. Yum.

Happy Everybody's Irish Day!

The Three-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Ninth Day

So I only just realized that I take a nice little trip to Italy every morning. Who knew. But Milan seems to be going out of business - wonder if it has anything to do with that giant skeleton....

The Three-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Eighth Day

Man, I love this kid. I swear I loved him even before he could point to me and say "nenner." (Or "nenna" or "nanna." It's okay, I'll take it.)

The Three-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Seventh Day

The birthday girl! (Her birthday falls on the 14th this year.) Look at those eyes. We had to sing very quickly.

Happy Birthday, Olivia!
Liv! In the present!

The Three-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Sixth Day

Our ride. I think our boss(es) felt bad that we were stuck in the office during Spring Break when no one else was around. So they signed us up for ZipCar and sent us out to scope out retreat centers. And Lisa, being the wonderful coworker that she is, let me pick out our car for the day.

(After this we went to Wawa. Hee.)

The Three-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Fourth Day

How brilliant! Not, I'm sure, that it was planned. You don't normally choose your own name.

Rain and Sun!

There's also a rain cloud next to that sun there, but I was too nervous that someone would see me putting those pants on there, so I had to snap right quick.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Third Day

On my walk home yesterday, I saw this guy (kid?) beginning to draw these. I thought it was so cool.

And, oh look, there go those pants again.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Second Day

Yo. It was mad windy today. The proof is in the pants.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Twenty-First Day

Just doing some light reading here today. I wish I could include waterfall sounds in this blog.

Also, while I was sitting here marveling, Kelly text me to wish me a happy four-year anniversary. Absolutely amazing. Slick and Hazardous.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Twentieth Day

We set out on a mission. To get free food. From across the city. Place this free, delicious (and surprisingly a bit spicy hot!) food in our handy Tupperware. And head back across the city with said food to enjoy it and watch Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist. As Lizzie said, we MacGyver'd it.

Mission accomplished.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Nineteenth Day

Mmmmbacon.

They have mirrors above their stoves and counters and such so that everyone can see what the cook is doing. It's pretty cool. But apparently not up to modern standards.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Eighteenth Day

Dine Out DC! Mmmm. I ate that whole strawberry. Straaawwbraary.

Barely 10 minutes later, we escaped death crossing a street, and left Lisa yelling at us. I then laugh off half of my dinner. Heee.

The Three-Hundredth-and-Seventeenth Day

Pretty, huh?

Happy Army Day! March Fo(u)rth!

The Three-Hundredth-and-Fifteenth Day

I just always have a strong urge to go up to and admire - and then immediately ruin - perfectly new snow. And look at the time! Half snow day!

The Three-Hundredth-and-Fourteenth Day

So we had an hour before our bus.
"What d'you guys want to do?" I asked.
"Want to go see the library where they filmed 'Ghostbusters'!?" Patrick said.
"Absolutely we do!!!" we said, simultaneously and succinctly.
We then all locked arms and skipped in that direction.

(For the record, do not visit this library on Sundays. It is not open.)
