The Two-Hundredth-and-Fifty-Third Day

Hehehe. The beginning of our journey. What does this picture remind me of...?

The soundtrack of our trip: Single Ladies. And that's it.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Fifty-Second Day

Remember this girl? We used to live here.

Two days of SJU pictures!

The Two-Hundredth-and-Fifty-First Day

I didn't really want to get in this picture, but Lizzie and Kelly are so pushy and persistent. The nice lady who took our picture asked us if we wanted the construction in the picture. Of course, we said.

So weird to be back here.

Happy Birthday, Nicole!

The Two-Hundredth-and-Fiftieth Day: Part Two

So I added an extra day. Think of it as a leap year.

I just love this picture. Olivia's car all alone in the parking lot.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Fiftieth Day

So we walk out of a cute little coffee shop on South Street, and these two boys stop us.

"Hey, we just need one more picture of people holding these postcards...for our job," they say. "Do you mind?" We look at them with skepticism. "I mean, since you've already stopped, you might as well. It will only take one second."
"Okay," I say. "Do we get to take one of you, too, then?"
So they take our picture, and the boy on the left starts to hand me his camera there.
"Oh, no thank you," I say, taking out my camera that I already had at the ready (naturally). "I have my own."

And that is the story of how they made my blog.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Forty-Ninth Day

We're going to reenact this some day.

Happy Birthday, Theresa! My longest friend in the world!

The Two-Hundredth-and-Forty-Eighth Day

The whole fam. To the left.

Merry, merry happy Christmas!

The Two-Hundredth-and-Forty-Seventh Day

Slut. Bag.

This may just be me here, but doesn't this picture have a stricking resemblance to Kermit the Frog? Just saying.

Happy Christmas Eve!

The Two-Hundredth-and-Forty-Sixth Day

I had a guest photographer today. At 14 months (and one day), he expertly started shooting pictures for his first picture shoot (32 total...in about one minute). He's a natural. The photographer becomes the photographee! (That's a word.)

Happy Christmas Adam!

The Two-Hundredth-and-Forty-Fifth Day

Birthday girl! In my office!

Happy Birthday, Lauren!

The Two-Hundredth-and-Forty-Fourth Day

Amazing.

There is a Toy Emergency in and around Philly. And this is the response from people just for today. And it isn't even 2pm.

Simply amazing.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Forty-Third Day

Hey. What time are you going to Julie's?

Cough...ahem...Phillies.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Forty-Second Day

So it's a strange angle. But she's smiling! Please refer to every picture ever taken of Sarah as to why this is a big deal.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Forty-First Day

Someone stuck this on one of the advertisement things on the metro. I love it.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Thirdy-Ninth Day

This picture in no way shows the work Lisa and I put into this par-tay. It does not show the 40 other people there. And it doesn't show any delicious-smelling pine cones nor the lights expertly wrapped around the podium. But her face is priceless. It gets me every time I look at it.

Also, thanks to Lisa, I found out there is a nenner.blogspot. That's just wrong.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Thirdy-Eighth Day

Taylor's going to India. He was also concerned that he might not make the cut for the Picture of the Day. He did.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Thirdy-Seventh Day

Drew drove me to Wawa. All 44 miles of it. That's right. 44.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Thirty-Sixth Day

Remember this place? And these super cool party people? I miss it.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Thirty-Fifth Day

Check that out. This is Pennsylvania's tree (with the White House). Why? Cos Pennsylvania is the best (of the fifty nifty United States...).

The Two-Hundredth-and-Thirty-Third Day

Okay, so I know it's blurry. But I was standing there like a fool for 10 minutes cos it was one of those clock/temperature things that switches back and forth. And every time I took the picture, it'd end of being the time.

Anyway, the point of this picture is that it is December. There are holiday decorations up. 'N Sync is singing sweet nothings about sending wires in my ear. And it's 64 degrees out. I do not live near the equator.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Thirty-Second Day

Luke appears a little skeptical to try one of Drew's oreo balls. This was immediately followed by a bite. Which was immediately followed by a "yum."

Monday, December 8, 2008

The Two-Hundredth-and-Thirty-First Day

So Kyle and I have been talking for a bit how when you win solitaire and it jumps, it sometimes fills the whole screen. She's been trying for a bit now. And tonight, I did it!

Shout out to Olivia who makes an appearance in this picture. Shout out to Becky, too, for providing my background.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Thirtieth Day

Pretty much every time I visit, I make Cait bring this out so we can look at it, er, more than once, especially this page. Muahaha.

We went to Italy, yo.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Sixth Day

In these shoes tonight, I hung with Lisa, Jesuits, SJU peeps, my senator (that's right), and spoke kiswahili. So I gave them their own seat.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Fifth Day

We decorated the office today for the holidizzles. I appear to be working v. diligently. But actually, I am attempting (and failing terribly) to make a snowflake.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Fourth Day

If this were March 2007 and Molly were around, this would have been stolen and taken back to our house.

Sunday, November 30, 2008

The Two-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Third Day

Well, we did all see the Leaning Tower of Pisa together.

Also, Cait and me holding hands is cute, no matter how ghostly white or unusually large they look.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Twenty-Second Day

Cute! However, I'm sure their faces would have looked different had I taken one after we found out how much we had to pay for parking.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Twenty-First Day

We discovered our high school yearbook this weekend. And in it, to Olivia, I wrote something like, "I think your name is pretty. That's why we are friends and will keep in touch." Eh, I probably wrote "KIT."

Also, happy anniversary to Trish and me. On this day in 1998, we went to our first concert ever, to see the greatest band in the world.

The Two-Hundredth-and-Twentieth Day

Today, I am thankful for this little guy. Maybe my favourite picture ever.

Happy Thanksgiving!

A-T-L, Georgia, what do we do for ya?
...something, something inappropriate...like them Georgetown Hoyas.

In other news, I was awake for all 24 hours of today. Woot woot!

The Real Two-Hundredth-and-Twelfth Day

Just the temperature as I walked to the metro. Brrr.

Tuesday, November 18, 2008

The Two-Hundredth-and-Twelfth Day

I wonder how this shoe separated itself from its other shoe. Kinda feel bad for it.

(10 bucks for anyone who wants to go back and fix my days for me. I should be on the 211th day. Seemed to have skipped the 159th day.)

Monday, November 17, 2008

The Two-Hundredth-and-Eleventh Day

My first day having business cards (ever in life), and I drop them all over the floor (naturally).

Sunday, November 16, 2008

The Two-Hundredth-and-Tenth Day

Yeah, just the sun setting through some trees. Taken while (it was not me who was) driving quickly. With my camera. I think it looks cool.

Saturday, November 15, 2008

The Two-Hundredth-and-Ninth Day

I'm not really sure what's going on. But that guy there on the right is totally about to jump over the water. Yeah, see?

The Two-Hundredth-and-Eighth Day

It only took me about twenty minutes to creepily sneak this picture.
