Hehehehehee. Slow things make me laugh. I'm not sure why. Look at that line of cars behind this. It was going about a half a mile per hour, and I was walking quite quicker than it ("it," I believe, was some kind of window washer). I was laughing so hard trying to creepily take this picture.Hehehe.
