(Just a note: I wasn't driving while taking this picture. Well, I was driving, behind the wheel of a 12-passenger van, but didn't simultaneously have my foot on the gas pedal. Don't worry.)
So I had this really cool picture of the Batman ride, but this one just makes me laugh every time. (Plus, I like how I get all the roomies in in two days.)
So I walk to work, mostly. And this one intersection is weird. You have to cross kind of one-third of the way then wait on this island. And sometimes it gets hot, so I like to stand in the shade of this stop light. And this is me sharing my shade with you.
Look at this classy guy. He turns 60 on the 26th (which I'm sure he'll be more than thrilled that I'm sharing). And we were out celebrating, with Frank there in the back.
Apparently, I really enjoy looking up and taking pictures. In case you're wondering why this looks extra-ly awesome, it is cos I took it through my sunglasses.
So in my ventures to SW, I look in my rear view mirror at one point and see the Nationals' Stadium right there. I thought it was cool, so I took a picture. Just to note, I was at a stop sign. I haven't mastered driving and taking pictures just yet. Perhaps by day 365.
So I kinda got caught in a storm. (Check out Christina's picture of the day for proof. This is actually right near her work, too.) Torrential downpours. Buckets of rain falling. Kinda like taking a shower with all my clothes on and my schoolbag...and my laptop. But check out this cool picture of got afterwards. Weeeee.
I love train stations. If you look close enough, you can see that my train is the one that says it is supposed to be 20 minutes late (actually meaning about 35 minutes late), which is why I ended up taking a half a bazillion pictures today and needed Christina's help to choose just one (though she was of no help at all! That's right!).
